“broadmoor is a good school”

“This school is terrible, my daughter was in the 7th grade, and she was all alwys being picked on, and she tried to tell a teacher or the dean, they don't listen! i'm definetly getting here transfer, you might want to reconsider this school.”

“I'm a parent of two that attends broadmoor middle. I feel that my daughter loves her school and teachers. My son doesn't care too much for some of his teachers, but he likes a couple of them. I, myself like broadmoor middle because the teachers keep you up-to-date on what's going on at the school and in the class. Mr. Ellerbee keeps every parent up with situations also. If you have a phone, you get tired of getting phone calls from mr. Ellerbee. But, at the same time you appreciate the phone calls because you can tell your kids what's going on before they walk through the door. Like my grandmother and mom says, 'teaching, learning, and discipline starts at home'.”

“That school is out of control. It seems the kids are calling the shots and the teachers are just fed up. There is no control at that school and the bad kids just do what they want. We need to take that school back, get some control and let the good kids learn. I attended this school in 91' trust me..it was never like this.”

“I have a daughter that used to go to this school. Evertime she came home, she complained on how bad her day is. The teacher doesn't really care about her. The students there can;t stop picking on her. She talk to the office about tranfertation and they don't really care about that. As time passes by, the magnet program in this school have one of the lowest vote. So you might want to reconsider your child going here.”

“Hi, I am a former Broadmoor student, and I think that it is a good school overall. The amount of kids that have gone to this school with an economic disadvantage is crazy, but the teachers care a lot and really help you. The drama and art programs are great, and the sports are decent as well. Thats my opinion, and feel free to disagree, but Broadmoor will always be a place of happy memories for me.”

“Broadmoor migth not be the best middle school, but I promise that if you let your children go to this school they will learn more than math, english, social studies or whatever. Im in seventh grade right now and I go to Broadmoor.I have learned so many things about life at this school and it makes me feel glad that im a broamoor student. They do have fights...but every school does. Mr ellerbee is a great principal. There has been less figths ever since he got here. This school has both good and bad things, thats why i LOVE it. If you want you son/daugther to have a great experience, i think this is the best school for that.The teahcers are awesome, you'll hate them throught out the year... but the next year you'll be glad you had them! - sincerely, a Proud bmms student!”

“I have a daughter that goes to this school, and my daughter and I think it's wonderful. My daughter have learn so much and understand so much better now in this school. The teachers that my daughter have are wonderful teachers. I never had a phone call from the school each time something is important for us parents to know about. Kids will be kids. They are not perfect, they will get into arguements, and maybe fights, but to avoid all that drama, we all need to talk and challenge our kids. My daughter and I love Broadmoor Middle. The principle is terrfic! keep it moving principle.”

“This was the lowest equlity of a magnetschools i have ever seen it was just the way they carry there self. the teacher have a noncaring way of teaching the students. then one of the gratest Magnet school i have ever seen BRCVPA sents them to this school that shouldn't even concidered as a magnet school, so you may want to think twice before you sented your child to Broadmoor Middle Magnet.And if you like football in any other kids of sport you may want your child in the school is not very school spritted its a terrible what they call a pep rally i will never forget it. And the teachers bring your personal life in to teaching. but this is on;y my opion you will just have to see it for you self. who m i to judge. thank you for reading what i had to say yours truely , an Old Broadmoor Student”
